A position is vacant for Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
CR Construction Company Limited is inviting application for the position of Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The location of the job is Hong Kong, Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands.
The prospective candidate should have the following eligibility criteria:-
Should possess Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies
Atleast 2 years of related working experience in building projects
Should contain measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
Good communication skill with Chinese and English language
Should take liability for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the allotted projects
Added advantage will be given to the candidates who have good knowledge and experience in China's construction industry
Candidate having fewer experiences will be treated as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
