Staircase Concrete Calculation
This construction video tutorial will guide you how to compute concrete quantity as well as volume of a straight staircase. You should clear ideas on the rise, run, throat depth, and the width of the stairs.
The following formulas are used to calculate the volume of concrete in staircase :-
Volume of staircase = Cross Area x Breadth
Dry volume = Volume of Staircase x 1.54
Here, ratio of concrete is taken as 1:2:4
Therefore, sum of ratio = 7
Volume of cement = 1/7 = 208.63 = 29.80 cft
