Project Managers - Commercial Fit out/Refurb

This award winning fit out and refurbishment construction company have a proven track record of delivering high end projects across a number of different sectors including office/workplace, entertainment and education.

Due to a number of recently secured projects they are looking for Project Managers to join their dynamic and culturally driven team for fit out projects in and around the Sydney CBD, up to $10million.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of fit out / refurbishment projects from inception to completion which will include:

• Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover

• Managing client and consultant relationships

• Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site

• Bringing projects in on time, to quality and under budget

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

• Experience managing complex fast paced fit out projects ideally up to $10 million in value

• Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors

• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills

• Degree qualified and/or TAFE Cert IV
