Position for Estimating Lead

An Engineering, Construction, Building and Maintenance Company, having branches all over the world, is seeking an Estimating Lead for the Jakarta office in Indonesia.

As the Estimating Lead one has to report to the Operations & Managing Director and work together strictly with other engineering and estimating staff associated with Mining, Marine & Industrial type projects.

The ideal candidate should have to undergo the following responsibilities:-

• Arrange cost estimates and technical proposals to submit tender successfully by providing appropriate drawings, specifications, quantities and cost data.

• Acquire tender documents from clients and figure out the detailed whereabouts of clients' requirements by evaluating the documents efficiently.

• Physically visit the job site and gather knowledge about the local conditions.

• Set up a brief execution proposal and discuss with operational personnel and amend as required.

This job is intended for the residents who live in Jakarta or are planning to move to Jakarta as well capable of speaking in the local Indonesian language.
