Estimator - High End Residential - Eastern suburbs - $55-65k

An establish domestic high end custom builder is searching for an experienced Production/Sale Estimator on immediate basis.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate and timely estimates for new homes

• Negotiating costs and placing orders with suppliers

• Pricing variations and providing quotes to clients prior to any work taking place on site

• Sourcing new suppliers and trades for the provision of various building items as required

• Providing assistance to the construction team in client, maintenance, and on-site queries and issues as required

• Working closely with the surveyor and local councils to coordinate permits

• Sales estimations

• Working with the construction team to effectively plan each job and communicate with trades and suppliers when required

To be considered for this role must have the following experience:

• Previous estimating experience within the residential building sector (custom home background favorable but not essential)

• Confidence and experience using Databuild

• The confidence to make things happen in a busy environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
