Civil Engineer in Doha, Qatar
An international Facilities Management and Operations company have recently won a large contract to provide the maintenance and management of the runways and taxiways at the new Doha Airport, and now require an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to oversee and lead a team carrying out work on this iconic project, and will contribute to the success of Qatar's infrastructure in the run up to World Cup 2022.
Your Duties will include:
Overseeing and leading a team of in-house staffs to carry out the day-to-day maintenance of the 'airside' infrastructure at the airport . Coordinate with external vendors on new initiatives and major maintenance works. Planning, coordinating and executing rectification works.
Our Client requires BSc Engineering (Civil) qualified candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and facilities management for airfield pavement, aprons and tunnels. The Minimum Requirement for this role are:
This position will initially be on a 3-year contract with an option to extend for a further 3 years. Your Salary will be between 20-25,000 QAR per Month (3,400-4,200 GBP) and comes with a strong benefits package of medical cover and annual tickets.
