Construction Management - Director

A Director, Construction Management is needed to oversee regional operations and personnel involved in construction management, inspection and quality control of roadway and highway projects for Caltrans, city and county public agencies. The Director must oversee multiple projects simultaneously in the region; assign appropriate managers and supervisors and ensure that all work is staffed appropriately; and oversee group budgets.
The position requires:-
BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Ten(10) or more years of experience in construction of highways, roadways, interchanges, corridors, and/or bridges for Caltrans, city and county public agencies.
Five(5) or more years of project management experience.
Five(5) or more years of experience managing Field Engineers, Construction Managers, and Inspectors.
Extensive knowledge of Caltrans standards and specifications.
California P.E. certification.
