Some significant phases for successfully completing a Construction Project

Project management is the most important part associated with a construction project. But ensure that the project is distributed following the last specification and on a scheduled time.

For the successful completion of the project, there should be a proper system with every project. Every project should commence by an apparent definition and beginning. For a superior execution, an attentive and detailed planning is necessary . Once the project is carried out, close observation and control processes must be maintained. After the completion of the project, a closure and sign off should be performed to make sure that the project is appropriately handed over to the clients.

The following are the most important phases associated with a project management system.

Definition: Before commencing a project, the project manager should define the project goals, objectives, scope, risks, issues, budget, timespan and approach. All these should be conveyed to various project stakeholders. If any disputes occur among team member, it should be initially resolved.

Initiation: It is the most vital phase of any project because it sets the terms of reference through which the project will continue. Without it, the project may come to failure. In initiation stage the business case is pronounced, scope of the project settled and stakeholder expectation set.
